Experienced and successful real estate developers Performance is a relatively new company, created four years ago by two longtime real estate executives and developers, with more than 50 years of combined experience in the Rio and Brazilian markets. They have anticipated this new real estate opportunity and decided to develop high value added real estate products. During this period, they have been very successful in developing several hotel and residential projects. Performance has already completed and sold three residential projects, and has several other opportunities in various phases of development, all of which combine a superior level of location and high construction quality. Performance has strong relationships with a large number of partners including major contractors such as Construtora N. Odebrecht, Galwan, and João Fortes Engenharia. Another business partner, Accor Hotels, has become involved with Performance in two projects in downtown Rio and in a new hotel project in Barra da Tijuca, to be announced to the market shortly.
